Once started Vsrip we click on the 'Load ifo' button(1) and we load our ripped ifo.
Then click on the 'save to' button(2) and select your location of the subtitle like : c:\Matrix


We press next and next

At the end we get two files like :
Matrix.idx and
Matrix.sub
