Example :

We press Synch SRT. Now our synchronized srt is located at the main folder of arpa kolla player with name synched.srt .

In case that our subtitles remaining NOT synchronized means that our subtitle is from another film or from another film version (an extended/altered version of the same film).
Arpa kolla player do an LINEAR transformation of the subtitle so it is not possible that the subtitles are off sync. If you HEARD an frase at the begining and an frase at the end correctly then there is noway that the subs are off sync, simply the subtitles are from another film or at least from another version of film .
Just try to get another subtitles over the net.
