8.2 Using Inkscape Gimp and Gimp Sharp

In this section and in the next one ("Using WYSIWYG HTML editors") we will see a demonstration of rounded buttons (Web 2.0 layout).
This example will help you understand the web graphic philosophy and how quality HTML code can be produced automatically without knowing any HTML. This is the roadmap of our mini project.

• Create a vector image (inkscape)
• Resize the image (gimp)
• Crop the image into slices (gimp sharp)
• Add the image slices into a HTML table (kompozer)
• Generate the HTML code and paste it into your website (kompozer - notepad++)
